To facilitate a visual check of connection work and a connection state between conductive members buried in a PCa member and facilitate back filling of a notch by improving fixation performance of post-burial mortar which is filed into the notch.
The conductive member A, the end of which is provided with a metal sheet a, is hammered into the PCa member in a state where the metal sheet is exposed in the interior of the notch b formed on the side of the end of the PCa member in the axial direction. After connecting the PCa members with each other, the conductive members A are physically and electrically connected with each other by welding a metal sheet 11 for connection to the metal sheets a which are in the notches b positioned across a connection joint from each other. After that, the mortar 12 is filled into the notch b. The conductive member A is constituted by an electric conductor 2 and an L-shaped iron plate 3. The conductive member A consists of two reinforcing iron bars 1 arranged in parallel with each other, and the L-shaped iron plate 3 is welded to the two reinforcing iron bars 1 at both ends of the electric conductor 2 in a state where one side of the L-shaped iron plate 3 is sandwitched by the two reinforcing iron bars 1.
