Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure for a writing instrument parts and a connection method which enables the control and prevention of leakage of a gas and ring by connecting the writing instrument parts, for example intensively connecting a joint with an inner barrel.
SOLUTION: The joint 1 and the slender inner barrel 20 of the writing instrument parts are each molded by using a resin. A conductive ring 30 is provided between the joint 1 and the inner barrel 20. The joint 1, the inner barrel 20 and the conducting ring 30 are welded each other by electromagnetic induction heating of the conducting ring 30. As the inner barrel 20 is able to be intensively fitted to the joint 1 by electromagnetic induction heating, no leakage of gas is expected and intensive fastening can be obtained.
