Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide connection structure of waveguides which facilitates connecting operation for the waveguides.
CONSTITUTION: While an end surface of a flange 22 and an end surface of a flange 25 are made to abut on each other, the plate part 32 of a holding plate 28 is fitted onto the waveguide 21 and a plate part 33 is fitted onto a waveguide 24; and then the flanges 22 and 25 are clamped by the holding plate 28 in contact and insertion holes 32a, 22a, 25a, and 33a of the plate part 32, flange 22, flange 25, and plate part 33 are positioned while aligned with one another. Further, a male screw 29 is inserted into the screw insertion holes from the side of the plate part 32 to project the tip of the male screw 29 to the external surface of the plate part 33 and then a universal nut 30 arranged on the external surface of the plate part 33 slightly moves according to the male screw 29 and is positioned where the male screw 29 can be engaged.
