To provide a connector connection structure and a wire harness that are capable of ensuring appropriate conduction performance.SOLUTION: A connector connection structure 100 of a wire harness WH includes a connector body 1 for holding a terminal 31 that forms a contact with a connection target 101 in a state where it is connected to the connection target 101, and a protector 2 which is fixed to a fixing target 102, holds the connector body 1 in a state where the connector body 1 is not connected to the connection target 101, and forms a clearance C with respect to three orthogonal directions X, Y and Z together with the connector body 1 in a state where the connector body 1 is connected to the connection target 101.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
