Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress abrasion of a contact portion while suppressing unsteadiness between connectors.SOLUTION: A waterproof connector disclosed according to the present specification is a waterproof connector 10 capable of being fitted to an apparatus side connector 80 and includes: a housing 30 having a fitting portion 34 allowed to be fitted to the inside of an outer cylinder portion 82 of the apparatus side connector 80; a connector seal ring 36 fitted to an outer peripheral surface of the fitting portion 34 and elastically stuck close to the outer cylinder portion 82 and the fitting portion 34; a plurality of individual terminal storage portions 37 arranged in the housing 30 and allowed to be respectively fitted to the insides of a plurality of apparatus side cavities 84 formed in the apparatus side connector 80; and individual seal rings 38 each of which is fitted to the outer peripheral surface of each individual terminal storage portion 37 and elastically stuck close to the inner peripheral surface of the apparatus side cavity 84 and the individual terminal storage portion 37. The waterproof connector is characterized by arranging the connector seal ring 36 and the individual seal ring in a state shifted in a front-back direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
