Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catalyst ink used for producing a catalyst layer, which has high dispersion stability, and enables the enhancement in power generation performance of a fuel battery; and a method for manufacturing such a catalyst ink.SOLUTION: A catalyst ink 1 used for producing a catalyst layer formed on a surface of an electrolyte film in a membrane-electrode assembly including the electrolyte film and the catalyst layer laminated on the electrolyte film comprises: carbon 11 with a catalyst supported thereon; an ionomer 12; and a solvent.
