Abstract:
To provide a connector in which a retainer can be easily moved to a restriction position when a pipe is connected to the connector.SOLUTION: A connector connects with a first pipe having a bulge part. The connector includes a retainer. The retainer can be moved between a standby position at which insertion and withdrawal of the first pipe is allowed and a restriction position at which withdrawal of the first pipe is restricted. The retainer includes a fixing leg and an urging leg. The fixing leg includes a fixing part which is fixed to a connector body when the retainer is located at a standby position and at a restriction position. The fixing leg moves in a radially outward direction by coming into contact with the bulge part, to release the fixation by the fixing part. The urging leg elastically deforms in a radially outward direction by coming into contact with a tip part located at a tip side from the bulge part, to urge the retainer toward the restriction position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
