Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved conditioning composition.SOLUTION: Hair conditioner comprising silicone and a conditioning gel phase is provided in which the phase is obtainable by heating a fatty alcohol and a mineral oil having a density of 0.7 to 0.85 g/ml until both of them are melted, separately heating a cationic surfactant in water until it is dissolved/suspended, then adding a molten mixture of the fatty alcohol and the oil to the cationic surfactant before adding remaining ingredients. Further, the composition contains less than 2 wt.% of an anionic surfactant as a whole.SELECTED DRAWING: None
