Abstract:
To provide a slender hollow structure like a pipe, and a method of constructing such a slender hollow structure.SOLUTION: There is provided a pipe (10) comprising a radial direction inside portion (11) and a radial direction outside portion (13). The foregoing two portions (11, 13) are arranged to provide an integrated hollow structure. The construction method thereof comprises the steps of preparing the radial direction inside portion (11) in the form of an inside tube (21), and assembling the radial direction outside portion (13) around the inside tube (21). The radial direction outside portion (13) comprises an outside tube having a fiber-reinforced composite structure surrounded by a flexible outside casing (31). The inside tube (21) is expanded, and a form and a shape are arranged to be provided to the outside portion (13).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
