PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact device, a tripping device and a circuit breaker that can suppress an assembly cost and be configured to be thin.SOLUTION: A contact device 100 has a circuit board 1, a link mechanism having a stationary contact 2 provided to the circuit board 1, a movable contact 6 which is provided to the circuit board 1 and confronts the stationary contact 2 at one end side of the movable contact 6, and a contact link 35 which is moved along the circuit board 1 in connection with an operation of a handle portion 31, and a cover 4. The movable contact 6 has a contact portion 61, and a guide portion 62 having a slope face 621 which is inclined with respect to the circuit board 1. The link mechanism 3 is moved along the circuit board 1 in connection with the operation of the handle portion 31, whereby the link mechanism 3 is freely detachably brought into contact with the slope face 621 of the guide portion 62. Accordingly, the movable contact 6 is elastically deformed in connection with the movement of the guide portion 62, thereby performing a switching operation between a close-circuit state under which the movable contact 6 contacts the stationary contact 2 and an open-circuit state under which the movable contact 6 is away from the stationary contact 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
