To tightly adhere a CIS carriage to a sheet so as to hold the sheet in a focusing state and to express a correct and nice image by inserting plural elastic members between the CIS carriage and a CIS module and moving the CIS carriage foreward and backward along a sheet table.

A plurality of elastic members 1022 and 1024 for adjusting the height of the module 1021 are inserted between the carriage 1023 and the CIS module 1021. A guide device 105 guides the CIS carriage 102 in the longitudinal direction of the sheet table 107 so as to execute supporting and crosses with it in the base part center of the CIS carriage 102. A receiving part 106 supports the guide device 105 so as to permit the CIS carriage 102 to be tightly adhered on the base part surface of the sheet table 107. The CIS carriage 102 is driven by the rotation of a carrier member 1091 so as to be moved foreward and backward. Thus, the problem of short focal distance occurring in the CIS module is surely dissolved.
