To solve the following problem: natural wood powder is used for wood grain; however since a synthetic resin, a petrochemical product, is compounded as a main component with the wood powder, a harmful substance can be produced during the use of the resin and when the resin is incinerated.

Surface treatment using Japanese lacquer is applied to the surface of wood grain molded from a mixture of wood powder and a polylactic acid resin. In this way, a product is obtained from vegetable materials.
