Contents collected by the information collection device 10 are transmitted to each jack 20 set in a place suitable for the kind thereof, whereby the contents can be provided to a terminal device 40 communicably connected to this jack 20. Since the information collection device 10 transmits the contents to the jack 20 set in a place suitable to the kind thereof, and the providing of contents to the terminal device 40 is performed through this jack 20, the terminal device 40 which should receive the contents can be changed to the other terminal device 40 only by connecting the other terminal 40 to the jack 20 without needing special setting for receiving the contents.
