Title:
CONTINUOUS CIP MOLDING METHOD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH05171208
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a continuous CIP molding method which is short in cycle time and high in production efficiency.

CONSTITUTION: Powder is packed into the inside surfaces of a pair of rubber belts 1a, 1b connected with a plurality of bisected rubber molds 2 respectively via highly rigid connecting parts 3 by sliding wedge-shaped slopes 14a having powder supply holes 14b and superposing these belts on each other at the front ends thereof. CIP molding is executed while the connecting parts 3 are held pressed and clamped by pressure containers 17, 18. The rubber belts 1a, 1b superposed on each other are separated and moldings are taken out of the rubber molds 2. The above-mentioned stage is continuously executed while the rubber belts 1a, 1b are intermittently moved at a prescribed pitch each.
