PURPOSE: To form a double-layer formed product with a material having prescribed characteristics at a prescribed position by rubber press forming.
CONSTITUTION: A permanent magnet 3 is disposed at a prescribed position of the bodies 1, 2 of rubber dies and a cavity 6 of a prescribed shape is formed with the bodies 1, 2, the magnet 3 and a lid member 7. A magnetic material (Fe powder) 8 having prescribed characteristics is fed from a powder feeding hole 5, dispersed and held on an end of the magnet 3 by the magnetic force of a magnetic field. Ti alloy powder 9 is then packed into the cavity 6, covered with the lid member 7 and subjected to cold isostatic press forming. A two- layered formed product with the magnetic material at a prescribed position can easily be formed.
