Abstract:

PURPOSE: To make it possible to stock members and to enable the execution by a person who is not an architect by providing semi-oval grooves up and down of a rectangular concrete block, providing rectangular channels on both sides, and fastening the concrete block with a round steel, an equal angle and a strip steel to integrate them into a unit.

CONSTITUTION: After a base 1 is formal, a block clamping round steel 6 passes through a joint section of an up and down round steel cross tie strip steel 11 to install the concrete block 1. After that, an equal angle 8 is inserted into screws of both ends of the round steel 6 and is clamped with a clamping nut 7. T-shaped connections are connected with a round steel 12 with a hook. Mortar is filled into a groove 3 between the blocks 1 and 1, and after an anchor bolt 14 is positioned to a specific position, mortar is filled into semi-oval grooves 4 and is levelled. According to the constitution, a construction period can be shortened.
