PURPOSE: To prevent jam caused by scratch of seams of an original form ticket and error in printing, in a continuous form printer wherein two-sheet copying can be possible and printing is performed by inverting line feed at every ticket.

CONSTITUTION: A forward fall preventing guide 5 for continuous form which is protrusible is arranged on a top surface of a printer cassette 1. At printing, the forward fall preventing guide 5 is protruded so as to make an angle to be formed by an original ticket 4 and a cutter 6 obtuse and make line feed inverted, so that the original ticket 4 is returned to a printing position. At cutting of the original ticket 4, the forward fall preventing guide is saved in a lower part by a link mechanism 9 and a solenoid 10 so as to make the angle to be formed by the ticket 4 and the cutter 6 acute, so that cutting will be easy.
