To obtain continuously a polypropylene mixture having high stress cracking resistance and fusing resistance by irradiating a polypropylene powder with a low-energy radiation produced from a low-energy electron accelerator while powerfully and thoroughly kneading it under inert conditions.
While a polypropylene powder having a mean particle diameter of 0.01-0.5mm is being powerfully and thoroughly mixed under inert conditions, it is irradiated with a low-energy radiation produced from a low-energy (150-300keV) electron accelerator at a dose of 0.05-12Mrd, desirably 0.5-12Mrd and a temperature of 20-50°C. Before and/or after the irradiation, the propylene powder is mixed with 0.05-2.5 mass % stabilizer, 0.1-1 mass % antistatic agent, 0.1-3 mass % pigment, optionally 0.05-5 mass % difunctional monomer, 0.05-1 mass % nucleator, 5-40 mass % filler and/or reinforcing agent, 2-20 mass % flameproofing agent and/or 0.01-1 mass % processing aid.
