Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating device which keeps the merits on a function having the conventional muffle furnace to a refractory furnace, i.e., the function, such as shortening of dew point adjusting time, reducing of scratch on a product, and can renew cost of the muffle and has excellent maintenance workability in a continuous type bright annealing furnace of a metallic strip.
SOLUTION: In the continuous type bright annealing furnace of the metallic strip, the heating device 2 for executing temp. raising or temp. holding of a treating material 1 is constituted with a fiber furnace 12 applying the heat insulation by covering the inner periphery of a furnace shell with ceramic fiber. Further, this heating device is constituted with conbination of the muffle furnace 3 covering the furnace shell with heat insulating material and also, including the muffle 4, and the fiber furnace 12 arranged at the outlet side and applying the heat insulation by covering the inner periphery of the furnace shell with the ceramic fiber.
