Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flocked fabric textile which is easily laminated with various article.
SOLUTION: This flocked fabric textile is obtained by providing flocked fabric on a surface of a hydrophobic fiber integrated layer 4 of nonwoven fabric obtained by laminating to integrate the layer 3 with a hydrophilic fiber integrated layer 4. The layer 3 is preferably integrated with the layer 4 by water needling. Water repellent is preferably given to a surface of the layer 4 of the fabric 1. Water pressure resistance from the layer 4 side of the fabric 1 is preferably 50 to 300mmH2O. As the hydrophobic fiber, polyester fiber, polyolefin fiber or polyamide fiber is used. As the hydrophilic fiber, rayon fiber or polyvinyl alcohol fiber is used. Accordingly, a rear surface of the flocked fabric textile is easily coated with water sizing agent due to the presence of the layer 4. Its coating amount can be reduced. When the agent is coated, the fabric 1 becomes flexible, and the textile can be easily laminated on a various article.
