To suppress spreading of leaf tip part of a long Welsh onion before cutting and improve a workability in a continuously cutting/peeling treatment machine for a long Welsh onion.

This continuous treatment machine has a bucket 6 having an upper opened part capable of loading long Welsh onion to be treated. Cutters 8A and 8B for cutting a stem side and a leaf side of the West onion are provided at an upstream side of the bucket 6. A nozzle 9 blowing out waste skin, etc. attached on the surface of the long Welsh onion N by jetting a compressed air is provided to its downstream side. A collecting piece 7 which moves synchronously with the bucket 6 and collects leaf tips part of the long Welsh onion N loaded on the bucket 6 is provided. The collecting piece 7 is returned at a downstream side of the cutter 8B and an upstream side of the nozzle 9. An open and close cap 10 closing an opened part in the bucket is provided in closing to an upper end part of both side standing up parts in the bucket, in the position where the nozzle 9 is provided.
