Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of winding tightness in a surface winder that cannot detect contact pressure between a winding roll and a winding drum roll installed at a lower part of the winding roll.SOLUTION: A control apparatus 10 of a surface winder comprises: a scheduled contact pressure torque determination part 11 for determining scheduled contact pressure torque to control contact pressure between a winding roll and a winding drum roll installed at a lower part of the winding roll; a static friction torque determination part 13 for determining static friction torque required for moving a winding core support; and a motor driver 15 for controlling a motor so as to generate motor torque obtained by adding the scheduled contact pressure torque and the static friction torque.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
