To provide a control circuit device for a light-emitting element capable of eliminating concentration of current consumption at a given timing and suppressing generation of noise.
A control circuit device 100 for a light-emitting element includes a power source V1, a transistor TR1, a light-emitting unit EU1, switches SW1 to SW17, constant electric current source circuits CC1 to CC17, and a control part 110. The control part 110 applies a switching voltage Vs1 to the transistor TR so as to intermittently turn on and off and a pulse voltage is output to a pulse voltage supply line Y1 connected with a drain D of the transistor TR1. Drive signals SP1 to SP17 that switch between on/off operations are supplied to the switches SW1 to SW17 on a time division basis. Light-emitting elements A1 to A17 are pulse-energized on a time division basis during a period when a high (H) level voltage is generated in the pulse voltage supply line Y1 and during a period when the drive signals SP1 to SP17 are turned on.
