PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high voltage DC power transmission system, and more particularly a control device for a high voltage DC transmission system cooperated with an electric power generation energy system.SOLUTION: A control device for a high voltage DC power transmission system in accordance with a preferred embodiment of this invention comprises: a wind power generating amount prediction part to which power generated energy from a wind power generator is applied during a prescribed time and the generated electrical amount is measured on the basis of applied energy; an available power amount prediction part for determining an energy amount generated by a wind power generator during a prescribed time on the basis of the predicted wind power amount and its corresponding transmission amount; and a control part for outputting an energy to a power conversion device on the basis of the power generated energy amount and the transmission amount predicted at the available power amount prediction part.
