Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to appropriately perform confirmation of operation states with respect to a wide variety of electrical apparatuses.SOLUTION: In an apparatus control system including a smart gateway 200 and an HP water heater 320 which executes an operation instructed by the smart gateway 200, the HP water heater 320 manages a plurality of operation states concerning the HP water heater 320, and the smart gateway 200 instructs the HP water heater 320 to operate and thereafter inquires of the HP water heater 320 about an operation state of the HP water heater 320. The HP water heater 320 notifies the smart gateway 200 of all of the managing operation states depending on a state inquiry from the smart gateway 200, and the smart gateway 200 acquires an operation state related to the instructed operation from the plurality of notified operation states when all of the operation states are notified from the HP water heater 320.
