Abstract:
To provide a control device for winding film to keep tension exerted on the film so as to be within a constant range when films such as blown film, laminated film, and shrink film are wound like a coil.
An accumulating case 3 to accumulate the film 2 is provided between a film manufacturing device 1 and a film winding device 11. Rolls 4, 5 to guide the film 2 to go in and out the accumulating case 3 and an air pipe 6 comprising a nozzle 7 to blow out gas to the film 2 with directing thereto in the accumulating case 3 are provided above the accumulating case 3.
