This medium issuing device is provided with a control part allowing to replenish the roll medium 2b with a paper feeding part 4 not used for issuing under a condition where an issuing process of the roll medium 2a used is continued when the roll medium 2a is fed from one paper feeding part 3 to use for issuing.
