Abstract:
To provide a hydraulic drive device capable of suppressing an oscillation phenomenon to perform stable position control.SOLUTION: A hydraulic actuator 11 generates a thrust for moving a positioning target. Hydraulic oil supply systems 21, 22 supply hydraulic oil to the hydraulic actuator. A position sensor measures a position of the positioning target. A controller 50 determines a supply amount of hydraulic oil according to the deviation from a command position of the positioning target to a current position measured by the position sensor for each control cycle, and supplies the hydraulic oil to the hydraulic actuator from the hydraulic oil supply systems. When a ratio of a displacement amount of the positioning target to the deviation exceeds a reference value in the immediately preceding control cycle, the controller supplies, to the hydraulic actuator, a supply amount of hydraulic oil smaller than the supply amount of hydraulic oil determined according to the deviation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
