Abstract:
To detachably attach a protection member to an outer cylinder in an easy manner without increasing the number of components and work hours for production.SOLUTION: An air spring includes an outer cylinder 1, an inner cylinder 2, and a cylindrical flexible member 3 attached to an area between the outer cylinder 1 and the inner cylinder 2. An outer cylinder rubber 11 serving as a protection member is provided on an inner peripheral surface, which contacts with the flexible member 3, of the outer cylinder 1. Further, the air spring is provided with a fitting part 12 for preventing falling in which the outer cylinder 1 and the outer cylinder rubber 11 are fitted and fixed. As the fitting part 12, a protruding part 13 is formed on an outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical outer cylinder rubber 11 and a recessed part 14 is formed at the outer cylinder 1. The outer cylinder rubber 11 is attached to the outer cylinder 1 by fitting the protruding part 13 in the recessed part 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
