Title:
CONTROL EQUIPMENT OF INDUCTION MOTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3266790
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain maximum efficiency operation, when an induction motor whose iron loss can not be neglected is driven, and when motor constants are changed by the temperature variation in the course of operation.
SOLUTION: Operation results of a specific function defining constants of an induction motor which contain constants relative to iron loss as coefficient values are stored. By inputting variables relative to the specific function, the amplitude ratio of a torque current command and an exciting current command is outputted. By a current component command operating means 3a, from the torque command of the induction motor and the above ratio, an exciting current command is outputted as a (d) axis component command of a primary current on the rectangular rotation coordinate axes (called as d-q axes) which rotate at a primary frequency. A torque current command of the induction motor is outputted as the (q) axis component command of the primary current. From the outputs, the slip frequency of the induction motor is operated, and added to the primary current, thereby obtaining the primary frequency. The primary current command in which the value of product of the outputs of the operating means 3a is proportional to the torque command, and the amplitude ratio becomes equal to the above specific function value is outputted.
