Abstract:
To improve responsiveness of a pneumatic equipment having waste time.
In an opened condition of a switch 208, when a reference signal Sr of staircase shape is supplied, an offset signal Sd compensating waste time of a pneumatic equipment 15 is generated from an offset generating part 207, to be supplied as an operating amount of the pneumatic equipment 15. A feedback signal Sf rises up, when a speed Sv of reference speed Svr or more is detected by a speed detector 214, a switch 208 is closed by a switching signal, switching is performed from PD control to PID control. Thus by controlling the pneumatic equipment 15, its response time can be quickened, also a response can be smoothed.
