Title:
MOUNTING STRUCTURE OF VIBRATION ISOLATING FRAME IN BLOWER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH10339300
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To smoothly distribute the air in a casing of a blower, and simplify and miniaturize the structure of the blower by arranging a vibration isolating frame on which a fan and a fan-driving motor are mounted along the inner side surface of the box of the blower, and mounting the frame on the casing through a vibration isolating element.

A blower is constituted as a unit in which the whole is covered with a casing 11, and a vibration isolating frame 1 on which a frame member 5 on which a fan 3 is installed, and a motor 2 to drive the fan 3 through a power transmission mechanism 4 such as a belt are mounted, is arranged in the casing 11. The frame 1 is arranged in the perpendicular direction along the inside surface of the casing 11, and mounted on the casing 11 through a vibration isolating element 8 consisting of a low frequency type vibration isolating rubber, etc., a vibration isolating element 9 including a coil spring, and fitting brackets 6, 7. The air is introduced from an air inlet 11a formed in the side opposite to the fitting side of the vibration isolating frame 1 by driving the fan 3, and delivered from a blow-out port 13 through a flexible duct 12.
