Abstract:
PURPOSE: To let a cargo holder immediately start moving from its stop position at the time of emergency suspension, and thereby load cargoes in an excellent shape when operations are started again after emergency suspension has taken place by providing a judgment memory means for the cargo holder to be restored to a loading start condition or to a loading standby condition just prior to suspension.
CONSTITUTION: The moving control of a cargo holder 3 is assumed by a control operation means 4. An EEPROM 26 is connected to the control operation means 4, so that data is still stored therein even when a power supply switch 27 is turned off. Now, when the operation of the cargo holder 3 is suspended due to power failures during the operation of the cargo holder 3 or due to emergency suspension made for avoiding dangers, the condition of the cargo holder at the time of emergency suspension is stored in a judgment memory means 4, and the cargo holder 3 is so controlled as to be restored to a cargo catching position to start an initial loading condition again or as to be restored to a cargo catch starting condition just prior to the aforesaid suspension.
