In selling a product on which an image is printed via network, at least information of a vendor who provides the image to be printed on the product is stored in a vendor database, a sales method and a selling price each vendor has set for each product are stored in product database, and information to be displayed to an order screen enabling specification and order of the product is transmitted to computer equipment 2301 of a user who has accessed a specified URL (2306). When the sales method of the product specified by the user is set to sample sale, it is decided whether or not the user's information coincides with the information stored in the vendor database (2308). In accordance with whether or not the sales method of the product the user has specified is the sample sale and with the decision result, a screen for displaying the selling price of a sample of the product the user has specified is transmitted (2311).
