PURPOSE: To automate control over annexed trains by installing an annexed train judging means, a train diagram information memory means and an annexed train formation preparing means.

CONSTITUTION: When a train detector 13 detects that a train 10 has entered a control area, this detector outputs it to an annexed train judging unit 14 which reads annexed train information including a train number, an annexed station or the like out of a train diagram information memory 15, and thereby judges whether it is an annexed train and an annexed object station or not. When an annexed object train is the case, it discriminates it whether it is a train to be annexed or annexing, and the information is outputted to an annexed train information prepare 16 which, in turn, forms train information (information of train numbers, control signals, etc.) likewise an annexed unobjective train if the train is one to be annexed, and also forms the train information (information of train numbers, a call-on signal control, etc.) for a train being annexed if it is an annexing train, outputting the information to an annexed train information memory 17 and a control judging unit 18. Then, this unit 18 performs output requirements, including a signal, a call-on signal, a guide broadcast, etc.) to an output unit 19 on the basis of the said train information.
