This controllable weft yarn cramping and presenting device 4 is constituted by linking as synchronized an actuator 2 of any of piezoelectric, electromagnetic, aero-electric, hydro-electric or electric types to a cramping element 1b through a motion transmission link 3 so as to swing the yarn cramp 1 in a rotary angle range 12 from its resting position 7 to a first working position 8 and a second working position 9 by each weft yarn presenting lever 4a having a yarn cramp 1 consisting of first and second cramp elements 1a, 1b at their free ends in a standard plane based on a controlling program memorized in a program memorizing and controlling device 10.
