Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive improving the accuracy of more accurate coal pulverizing property by correcting a coal pulverizing property estimated value for coal fed into a coal pulverizing mill of a coal burning boiler by a coal moisture estimated quantity.
SOLUTION: A coal burning boiler is provided with a coal feeder for adjusting the conveyed quantity of coal and a coal pulverizing mill for pulverizing the coal from the coal feeder, and the pulverized coal pulverized by the coal pulverizing mill is fed to a burner to burn it. In this case, a mill outlet temperature estimated value 116 is estimated based on a mill holding coal quantity estimated value 108 calculated from a mill physical model 2 and a mill inlet temperature measured value 114, and a coal moisture estimated value 117 for coal during pulverization in the coal pulverizing mill is estimated based on a mill outlet measured value 115 and a mill outlet temperature estimated value 116, and a coal pulverizing property estimated value 110 obtained based on a mill differential pressure measured value 105 and a mill differential pressure estimated value 106 calculated from the mill physical model 2 is corrected by the coal moisture estimated value 117, and the corrected coal pulverizing property estimated value is used to control mill operating variables 101 to 104.
