Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enable a changeover of operations between automatic. manual and backup always in balanceless and automatically, and further enable a backup operation in the same handling manner as at the time of automatic. manual operation also for the operator. CONSTITUTION:An arithmetic control 1 of the controller in the process control is effected a relational operation of the process signal from a transmission line 13 and the set value from a setter 11, with its control signal given to a control object 14 like control valves normally through lines a-c of a switching circuit 3. With a backup amplifier 2 provided in the device, the constitution is made such that normally through a line 5, the tracking is operated for a control signal of the arithmetic control 1, and a the time of backup operation, the arithmetic control 1 is to operate the tracking for an output signal of the amplifier 2 by a line 4. And an alarm device 12 is provided for signaling an alarm by comparing a process signal with the above described set value, simultaneously with a selector switch 9 provided for automatic A, manual M, backup B.
