Abstract:
PURPOSE:To accomplish a high level control, with high precision control enabled stably as well, by making a change of loop gain automatically compensable, in the sampling control method suitable for component control of various kind of plant. CONSTITUTION:In the system of sampling a deviation quantity of the control value with respect to the objective value at a constant time interval, the present deviation quantity is divided by the present deviation quantity with the preceding deviation quantity removed, being multiplied by a change part of the preceding operational quantity, and an operation is made for a change part of the present operational quantity. And further in a case that the change part of the preceding operational quantity is less than a certain constant quantity or a difference of the preceding deviation quantity less than the other constant value, an operation is made for a change part of the operational quantity proportional to the present deviation quantity. And in order to reach the objective value, the present operational quantity is to be calculated from the change part of the operational quantity and the preceding operational quantity. And in the drawing, notations of MVn-2, MVn-2... refer to operational quantities, and En-1, En... to deviation quantities.
