To prevent the generation of a defective product by preventing the tension of a sheet body from loosening even if a working table is accelerated, and eliminating the slip of the sheet body with respect to a guide roller, thereby generating even tension in the width direction of the sheet body, in a conveyance apparatus which conveys a long-size sheet body and corresponds to a high-speed moving table working apparatus in the manufacturing of a flexible printed circuit board.

A conveyance apparatus includes: the working table 105 which repeats movement synchronized with the movement of the sheet body 101 while adsorbing the sheet body 101 and recovery to the initial position while releasing the sheet body 101; and a pair of dancer rollers 6, 16 which are arranged in a position between an unwinding roller 102 and a working table 105 and a position between the working table 105 and a winding roller 103, respectively, and give the tension to the sheet body 101 where each of the dancer rollers 6, 16 can move only in the vertical direction and can rotate around the shaft, and is energized toward the lower side by an energizing means 11 to give the tension to the sheet body 101.
