Abstract:
To provide a transport system that can shorten a cycle time by simultaneously transporting a tray housing a display panel and an empty tray.SOLUTION: A transport system 1 includes: a third transport mechanism 4 that transports a second tray 10B from which a display panel 100 is taken out of a first tray 10A at a second position 30B, from the second position 30B to a third position 30C while the first tray 10A is transported from a first position 30A to the second position 30B; a third transport mechanism 4 that simultaneously transports a plurality of second trays 10B transported to the third position 30C by the second transport mechanism 3; a first robot 5 that passes the first tray 10A transported by the first transport mechanism 2 from the first transport mechanism 2 to the second transport mechanism 3 at the first position 30A; and a third robot 7 that passes the second tray 10B transported by the second transport mechanism 3 from the second transport mechanism 3 to the third transport mechanism 4 at the third position 30C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
