To change a conveying angle by bending a line of belt conveyor in the middle by preventing looseness of a flat belt as a presser roller transversely moves along a transversing frame in accordance with change of inclination against the transversing frame of an inclined delivery frame.

A cross slot 28 of a bracket 27 to pivotally support a presser roller 6 is installed on a transversing frame 1 free to transversely slide, and an arc slot 29 is fixed on an inclined delivery frame 2 by a bolt 30. When the inclined delivery frame 2 is inclined by loosening the bolt 30, the bracket 27 transversely moves along the transversing frame 1, and accordingly, the roller 6 also moves left and right and tightening of a flat belt 5 is not loosened. As a good shape of the arc-shaped slot 29 regulates transverse moving quantity of the presser roller 6, proper tension is applied on the flat belt 5. A driving motor 31 transmits motive power to an axis of rotation of a roller 3 by a chain 32.
