Abstract:
To provide a conveyor mechanism, in which to-be-heated objects are conveyed so as to make uniform the temperature of the objects conveyed in a reflow heating apparatus.
To-be-heated objects 20 are conveyed, while being heated in a reflow heating apparatus 1. In conveying the objects 20 in the moving direction of a conveyor belt 3, teeth 36 formed on a rotary palette 34 mesh with teeth 33 formed on a rack 32 in interlocking with the movement in the conveying direction, and the to-be-heated objects are moved, while they are being rotated. Thus, when the objects 20 are passing through a main heating part 10 in the heating apparatus 1, nonuniform temperature-distribution on the heated objects 20 can be reduced.
