Abstract:
To cook a hand bake-like frozen omelet with rice having a good appearance and a large volume in a shortened time.
A frozen omelet with rice is set to an auxiliary cooking tool 10 that shields the egg sheet part 22 forming the edges in the frozen omelet from the microwaves and heated with the microwaves. According to the present invention, the microwave heating of a large volume of hand bake-like frozen omelet with rice can be attained by preventing the sheet edges in the frozen omelet from being overheated thereby permitting a large volume of hand bake- like frozen food to be cooked in a very short time.
