Abstract:
To provide a food material feeder that can readily clean and maintain the conveyer conveying the charged food materials to the food material processor.
In the food material feeder that is equipped with a holder 2 for holding the food materials to be charged and a conveyer 5 that is set under the holder 2 and sends out the food material charged in the holder 2 to the food material processor, the holder is made detachable to the conveyer 5 or to the base 13 for fixing the conveyer 5. Since the holder 2 covering over the conveyer 5 is made detachable, the conveyer 5 can be readily cleaned at least on the conveying face for the food materials hygienically and the easy maintenance of the conveyer itself can be readily attained, too.
