Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the mechanism of a device for rotating and cooling a cylindrical container with which paste food or the like is filled and lower its cost.
SOLUTION: Free rollers 13 are provided at prescribed intervals on a chain conveyor 11 and the lower side surface of a cylindrical container 15 is supported by the free rollers 13 with its axis positioned transversely. Rotary rollers 23 rotate to come into contact with the upper side surface of the cylindrical container 15 so that torque is applied to the container 15. The rotary rollers 23 have their contact parts rotating toward a direction opposite to the conveying direction of the chain conveyor 11.
