Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling medium supply device for extruding equipment which can surely control a cooled state of a molding resin to a frost line and enables execution of such a proper resin molding as to provide a uniform film thickness free of partial thickness.
SOLUTION: An annular main body 4 into which a cooling medium is supplied is provided, while a main nozzle plate 9 forming a leading-through passage for the cooling medium is provided on the inner periphery side of the main body 4, and a main nozzle port 10 whereby the cooling medium led through between the main body 4 and the main nozzle plate 9 is jetted to the outer periphery of the resin discharged from a discharge port 3 is provided. On the upper side of the nozzle plate, annular regulating plates 13 and 14 forming nozzle ports 20 and 21 are provided rotatably in the circumferential direction. A plurality of fixed draft holes 11 and 12 are formed in the nozzle plate, while movable draft holes 15 and 16 are formed at the positions of the regulating plates 13 and 14 corresponding to the fixed draft holes 11 and 12.
