To efficiently and effectively cool a human body by designing a cooling sheet in such a manner that a dissolving fluid and a dissolved agent which absorbs heat when dissolved by the dissolving fluid are contained in separate chambers, and at a face of a resin-made sheet vessel, which communicates with the chambers, is attached with a heat insulation sheet or high absorption sheet.
The resin-made sheet vessel as a cooling sheet 1 is divided into two chambers, and a dissolving fluid 5 and a dissolved agent 4, which absorbs heat when dissolved by the dissolving fluid 5, are contained in the chambers separately. The resin-made sheet vessel is made of an inflation sheet, and the both ends of the sheet are melted and adhered to form edge seals 7A and 7B. At almost the center of the resin-made sheet vessel, a separation seal 6 is formed, which is made by melting and adhering the inner walls of the vessel, and the separation seal 6 is an easy-to-peel seal. Heat insulation sheets are adhered to the both sides of the resin-made sheet vessel using an adhesive, and an adhesive is applied to a face to be in contact with a human body.
