Abstract:
To provide a cooling tower facility capable of being used as raw water even water containing contaminants which have been unusable, and capable of supplying makeup water with low salt concentration to cooling water without power or using low-powered pumping means with low power consumption, and a method of supplying makeup water to the cooling tower facility.SOLUTION: A cooling tower facility for connecting a cooling tower, a circulation pump and a heat exchanger and having a cooling water circulation line in which cooling water circulates, comprises a semi-permeable membrane module having a semi-permeable membrane which divides the interior into two compartments. One of the two compartments forms a part of the cooling water circulation line, and the other compartment is connected to a filtration membrane module which filters the water fed to the other compartment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
