Abstract:
To provide a cord that improves durability and damage resistance of a tire based on input from outside, such as cut burst and shock burst, and a tire having the cord.SOLUTION: A cord (100) has a core strand (120) having twisted layer structure formed by twisting a plurality of filaments, a plurality of sheath strands (130) having twisted layer structure, which are twisted around the core strand (120) and formed by twisting a plurality of filaments, and a wrap wire (110), which is wound around the core strand (120) and at least one sheath strand (130) and forms a gap (140) between the core strand (120) and the at least one sheath strand (130).
